About Us

Parkland Fibreglass has been in business since 1979. Based east of Red Deer Alberta in the Hamlet of Delbourne, Parkland has deep roots in central Alberta. Catering to industrial, commercial and residential clients, Parkland’s handcrafted quality ensures that all fibreglass products will last a lifetime.

Purchased in early 2009, Parklands new owner, Mike Kolankowski, continues with the same high standards and under the guidance of the original owner. Mike’s business background is quite diverse. He was the former President of AllWaste Systems Ltd. a Calgary-based environmentally conscience and friendly waste removal and recycling company. Mike was also a Director on the Recycling Council of Alberta, won the Mayor’s Environmental Award for his part in the Rocky Ridge Recycling Project and was VP of Strategic Development for Budget Waste Inc.

As a result of Mike's ethusiasm towards Parkland's quality products, a second manufacturing facility openned in Balzac late summer 2009. Producing electrical, commercial and industrial components in addition to residential products, Parkland is now able to supply products and services more quickly to our southern Alberta clients.

Mike’s wife, Heather, will be on the design and marketing scene. With an eighteen year background in land subdivision and housing design it will be Heather’s job to give your project that unique touch.

Combined with our fantastic team at the Delbourne plant, Parkland Fibreglass is equipped to handle almost any industrial, commercial or residential fibreglass project.
